Flaws

• I don’t understand why an intimate scene was added; what was the necessity for it?
• Shahid Kapoor playing a detective is beyond comprehension.
• Some action scenes were forcibly inserted.
• Some scenes have no connection to the story.
• The main character in the film freely smokes on screen.
• The film is an excellent example of secularism as the main character is Hindu, his brother-in-law is Muslim, and his friend is Christian.

CBFC

• Following the CBFC’s advice, filmmaker Rosshan Andrrews was reportedly asked to edit a lip-lock sequence, which resulted in the removal of 6 seconds of the kiss.
• Other adjustments included substituting “indecent gestures” and certain offensive words with gentler alternatives in both dialogue and subtitles.
• The CBFC also asked the filmmakers for an explanation of a reference to Hutatma Chowk, a historical site in Mumbai’s Fort neighborhood.
