Acting and Characters
Sunny Deol‘s performance as Jaat/Brigadier Baldev Pratap Singh is as impressive as his action films. The way he speaks dialogue, Main Jaat hoon. His film entry with the first song in the movie is from Oh Rama Shri Rama song, and his first action sequence is in the movie itself to keep the audience emotionally engaged with his stunts and acting. He was great in all aspects of his performance, including dialogue delivery, facial expressions, and body language. His chemistry with the other performers was also great. Although he did not perform many physical stunts, his performance was stable. Randeep Hooda‘s portrayal of Ranatunga is likewise exceptional. He researched his character extensively and behaved emotionally in a very realistic manner. His role was less powerful and smaller than Sunny Deol’s, yet he gave it his all.
Regina Cassandra‘s performance as Bharati may also be described as good; she demonstrated her acting abilities in all of her scenes in the film. Saiyami Kher‘s performance as Vijayalakshmi was also superb; she was given a fair opportunity to showcase her acting abilities in the film and was very effective in doing so. Vineet Kumar Singh‘s acting in the character of Somulu is good, despite the majority of his sequences involving fights, quarrels, and stunts, he pronounced the voice of Kuku from his mouth in a very wonderful manner which shows his acting ability and may also be described as exceptional. In supporting roles, Jagapathi Babu and Zarina Wahab deliver strong performances. Ramya Krishnan, Murali Sharma, and Upendra Limaye appear as guests, while Urvashi Rautela performs in the item song Touch Kiya.
Direction

He maintained the film’s action thriller tone by telling the tale and providing enjoyment. Not only that, but he kept the story moving by having everyone deliver strong performances. He lived up to the audience’s feelings and expectations by presenting the film in a unique approach. In one scene of the movie, a female police officer dies without drinking water; this scene has been filmed very emotionally.

Gopichand Malineni wrote the film’s story and script. The film’s story is nothing new, but he portrayed it uniquely, giving the film a sense of freshness. The story’s pace has been maintained smoothly. The scenes are well-composed, and the turns are consistent. Dialogue and character development are also acceptable. The screenplay is also strong. After one scene, the audience has no idea what will happen next in the film.

The dialogues in the film were beautifully crafted by Saurabh Gupta and Dr. Sai Madhav Burra fits the movie’s tone and theme. Sunny Deol’s dialogues are really effective. “Dhai kilo ka haath” is a phrase from his old and successful film Damini (1993).
Editing
Naveen Nooli‘s editing is fast-paced, although the film’s duration is a tad excessive. The film may have been reduced by 10-15 minutes. Certain scenes may have been cut. The editing clarifies the film’s story while also maintaining a constant tone and concept. All the sequences take their time moving the tale ahead, making the picture easy to follow. The first half contains no story, yet it is incredibly enjoyable and fast-paced.

Rishi Punjabi handled the cinematography. The image is amazing and moves the story forward. Some scenes have been shot extremely nicely. The film provides excellent depictions of various aerial perspectives. The film’s topic has been reflected in the lighting and color scheme. Ram-Laxman contributed with a formidable shipboard action sequence filmed at Mangalore’s Panambur Port, and Anal Arasu added his signature flair to the intense jungle combat scenes. This collaborative effort ensures that Jaat stands out as a benchmark in action cinema, offering a fresh and exhilarating experience for viewers.

Jaat Songs
Amrit Maan’s Punjabi song is suited to the story. The second song is based on Lord Shri Ram, and the music is similarly composed.
Choreography
Only one of Ganesh Acharya‘s songs, Touch Kiya, has acceptable choreography. There was little room for choreography in the film.
Climax
The film’s ending is similar to that of old cinema, in which the hero kills the goon, making the destitute people joyful and considering the hero as God.

Opinion
Can be viewed once for Sunny Deol’s impressive acting and acrobatics. The most notable aspect of the film is its action and stunts.
Flaws
The film is filled with brutal situations. There is a lot of unwatchable violence, such as a thumb-cutting scene, a neck-holding scene, a neck-cutting scene, people without necks, and so on. Abuse of derogatory phrases such as mada__ch_d and g__aa_n___du, ripping off the garments of female police officers, and raping them.
